Cardiff police hunt man who stole BMW with child inside

A man had a car with a child inside and took off a desperate search for the vehicle.
Police said the black BMW was at Grove Park, Cardiff, was at 17.20 GMT on the clock.
It was more than an hour later, the boy, whose age and sex was not released, was safe
and well and reunited with his family.
Police are still looking for a car thief, said officials for the service remained
almost until the child, and the works presented in the search.
The suspect is described as a white male, 30 years and about 6 feet tall.
He wore a blue jacket, waist length, blue jeans and a light scarf.
This is seen as having led the Grove Park, at the Teatro Nuevo.
Chief Superintendent Josh Jones said: This was a very serious events, including a
complete response from South Wales police officers inside and outside the city, from
our partner organizations, including Cardiff Council will be asked to what do.
Everyone involved in the desperate search for children and officers for the
